Four floors of residential above accommodate 30 work-force housing units. A community space on the top floor allows a landscaped and unobstructed view of the Capitol of Texas. Curated murals throughout the building celebrate local Austin voices. The building sits on a primary bike path, with easy access to the Shoal Creek hike and bike trail.
